Anyone here knows how '`Entitystatus`' (also known as

Customer Status

) field on Opportunity/estimates behave or have a link that explains its behaviour. I cant find an explanation why on opportunity record,

entitystatus

field has some values in the dropdown and on estimate, it has other values.
