Hello Everyone. In Netsuite the fedex shipping carrier deliver the package to the billing address not to the shipping address. What will be the reason for this issue. I did not find any reason for that yet. In sales order the shipping and billing address is fine. ?

What address was on the shipping label?

Hi thank you for your responds.. this is for amazon selling FBA.. and we have different shipping locations. this can be determine based on the customer (internal)

Shipping address is for Moncton, but the package is delivered to the salisbury which is billing address
