I created a custom field on the Item of type List/Record linked back to the Item record. For some reason the field won't show all our items. Some items are missing. Is there some hidden filter I don't know about?

Sourcing and Filtering
tab

Those are all empty. I think there's some other workflow/script running that's setting the record to inactive.
