Hi I am currently testing the CyberSource bundle in our NetSuite SandBox account. I am done with the set up and I can now generate invoices using the Pay-By-Link feature. However, after making the invoices paid by paying in the link, the SuiteScript responsible to reflect this in NetSuite is experiencing error "Authentication failed". Can anyone know how to fix this ? The credentials for creating pay-by-links and processing of paid payments is the same but it is not working for processing of paid payments which I find weird. Many thanks.

Are you using CyberSources “pay-by-link” feature or NetSuite’s version? I am currently using CyberSource and NetSuite pay-by-link no problem in production for a few months now

Hi @Eric Schultz I am using CyberSources “pay-by-link” feature in our SandBox account. I am able to create the links but when it is paid, the script responsible to reflect it as customer payment is having error "Authentication failed", I don't know why.

Unfortunately I don't have much insight on this then. With our setup, we are using NetSuite's pay-by-link and are just using CyberSource as the normal payment processor. I have not had any issues with this setup so far.
