Anyone knows a way around this? We are not able to narrow down the list because Department/Location fields are not available on the customer record. There are 3 companies under the same subsidiary and none of these fields except the Subsidiary affect the list of customers. Has anyone come across this?

Isn’t that list showing a list of open transactions? So the department and class filter the transactions in the list?
