Is the field wholly dependent on bin? or is it the item/bin combination that it is dependent on?

RF-Smart uses a custom record because this was not able to support what they needed

Yes, this is a new field based on Item, Bin, Location combination, just like the "Preferred" bin flag.

I was thinking about creating a Custom "Item Bin Attributes" record to accommodate this it is is not possible.

RF Smart's record is "Enhanced Item Bin" or something like that.
