When synching inventory from NetSuite to Shopify via Celigo and the Celigo Shopify Inventory Export saved search is it possible to remove the quantity in some bins from the total synched over to Shopify. For example, we have some staging bins for receiving that are used for already created orders. Quantity in these staging bins would add to the available location level available quantity but we would not want to sell it to another customer. Thanks in advance.

Not a reply to your original question, but there is a concept of backordered items, quantity committed, etc that you might want to explore if you haven't already.

Are you using a normal item search right now and then just using the location : on hand qty?
