Hi All I have below scenario. 2 year subscription with recurring license price of $1k per month. 24k in total for 2 years, billed annually in arrears. 6 months processing is done in legacy system and this open subscription needs to be migrated to NetSuite. Trial Balance to have 6k of unbilled receivables and 6k of revenue. How this subscription is to be migrated to NetSuite so that at the end of 2 year, for this subscription there is no deferred revenue and unbilled receivables, customer is billed for 24k for both the years.

If no past revenue or billed charges it to be migrated in to NS but is to renew after the 24 M period: Migrate with custom terms, start date from the date subscription starts in NS, end date is the end of original subscription. Renewal is set to terms of your subsription agreement. If the revenue and history is to migrate with revenue and billed charges you need to split the subscription in two. One where the charges are set to non-billable but merely for revenue recognition, and another where you have the unbilled charges and revenue for the remaining part.
