Wanted to see if anyone uses SSO for NetSuite. My companies IT lead is wanting to use SSO but I hate using SSO for some of our other apps and wondering how the experience is using it with NetSuite.

It’s just your regular SSO experience. Why don’t you like SSO?

It's a little annoying if you're assigned the full admin account and non-sso roles since you have to log out to switch between them. Not really the end of the world or anything though.

We use it, and it works great at times, and not at other, we have a mix, some of our users can use it and others can not, anyone that wants to edit our website, can not, as SSO is not supported, anyone in our warehouse that logs onto one of our hand held scanners, can not use it, as the scanners interface does not support SSO. Its a pain for admins since they can not use it and to do any testing in a role that does, you have to duplicate the role and remove SSO.

We use it, and it works great except when users go to their old bookmark instead of the SSO URL. We don't duplicate roles to do testing in non-admin roles. We use the SSO login when needed and go to that role. That's a little bit of pain, but you get used to it.
