Has anyone had any issues or delays with Sandbox refreshes this week. I am waiting for a refresh into a second sandbox form a prod account, prod account is new (no transaction data, only static and not that much really) Said 24 hours for refresh approx, 5 hours ago it said there was 4 hours remaining, and status refresh in progress, now it says refresh in progress but time remaining is empty (and its just beyond the 24 hours by about half an hour.

Not sure if this is definitely what's happening to you, but sometimes the refreshes get stuck. They don't monitor them that closely, so they will notice eventually, but it'll usually take them several days to do so. Either way, if it's been longer than the suggested time and there isn't an approximate time on there anymore, it's a good idea to drop a support ticket to see what's up.

yeah thats what i have done, just unfortunate if thats the case as the client got caught up in a global issue with refreshes last time and it took 5 days to resolve, i really hope they are not this unlucky again
NS confirmed there is an defect and engineers are working on it, Does anyone have any ideas how long this normally takes? Normally a refresh isn't that urgent so i wouldn't be worried and just roll with it, but of course this time its urgent.

Relatively quick. I've rarely had it take more than 1 or 2 days, But like you, this always seems to happen at the absolute worst time so I'm always biting my fingernails the whole time.
make sure to note on the case that you need it pretty urgently. Will it help? Who knows. But can't hurt.

Yep have doe all of this and stressed the impact on the customer go live as well. They have just advised they assigned it U4 which in my experience does not give me much hope for a fix any time soo!
