Has anyone ever encountered the issue that when a customer logs in, goes to Billing > Invoices and selects an invoice and clicks Make Payment, the next screen comes up and says to select an invoice to pay but the screen is blank?

Are you able to replicate it? It would be helpful to see what the developer console says
Otherwise, I think the most likely issue is that their role doesn't have the right permissions, particularly around creating payments, payment instruments, and ACH payments

Yes, I can log in as the customer and duplicate the issue, and please forgive my nativity, but I have no idea what you mean by the developer console? I do not think it is permission related, as they have been able to make payments in the past.

The browser's developer console. Open it by pressing F12 and then clicking on the Console tab
Then do the action just before it stops working

OK, well, it's hard for me to help. If you're not used to debugging an SC site, you will need to find someone who is.

Best starting point for sure. If you have ACS, they can also take a closer look.

@Todd Juenemann what ended up being the issue. Seeing similar things. Convinced it is a Payment Instrument issue.
