I have an employee record that can't log into Netsuite. Netsuite is saying their role has login permission disabled.
This record should have login permission and their peers with the same role aren't having issues. What could be wrong?

Sounds like the employee record is Inactive.

As far as I understand, one of my admins had changed the record to active... still isn't working but I'll double check and relay back!

I'd double check to make sure that the record is not inactive

The user was inactive. They managed to get in after fixing the issue! Thank you a bunch!
