#C29J1BPM3 I have a custom record that I made that gets set on each line item of an Item Reciept. However, when the Item Receipt is in View mode the custom record is NOT a clickable link. I have done this on other transactions and it is a clickable link, but for some reason this one is not. It is setup the same as all the other custom records I do, but it does not allow me to click on it. Does anyone know why this is? TIA

What role are you viewing the record with? Does it have permissions to that record?

I am using Administrator role and I am the creator of the Record. the permissions set on the Customer Record is NO Permissions Required

And you've done this previously, on the same record type (setting a CR on a sublist line that shows as a hyperlink in view mode?) and all the settings are 100% identical?

yes, I've done this before...it wasn't with the exact same record, but it was for another custom record I made with the same settings

but it was being set on the same source record (Item Receipt)

oh no that one is being set on Work Order lines

The Item Receipt can some times be a bugger to get certain fields working.

Maybe try to create a InlineHTML column field with an href to the same record set on the line.....🤷‍♂️

Thanks @MGBC that did work. And it gave me the ability to do it as a pop up instead of taking me to a different page/tab I hope it's specific to the line though. So it doesn't just take you to the first custom rec listed but instead takes you to the specific one from each line
