09/19/2022, 11:30 AM@matt.graney I've read the help guide extensively and it doesn't tell you how to build a work order. It alludes to various things around this process but leaves out all of the important details. I've booked time with support before I write a suitescript to do it.

09/19/2022, 11:54 AMIt would be good if you allowed for a search field when selecting the Record Type because the list is long and it's a pain to scroll through all the options, the best I can do is press the first letter of the record type but that doesn't allow for discoverability.
