Any easy way to migrate Production records and copy them over to a sandbox?

Refresh the sandbox?

Looking to avoid refreshing the sandbox so we dont lose changes in the sandbox

maybe copy changed to the live site, some custom scripts and workflows you can leave in testing or off in the live site. Then in the sandbox you can turn them on.
