for some reason session data does not carry over to suiteanswer, I found out that if you open the help center first and then clicking the suiteanswer link from the navigation bar in help centre will take you to suiteanswer in another tab or window. This new tab will preserve the session data some how, this way I keep the suiteanswer open all day without getting timeout.
