I have a situation where a Standard (OtherRefNum) field on a an Advance HTML/PDF template will print for one user regardless of role (admin or CS COO role) and will not show for others again regardless of role. For me even as Admin the field will not print. I am printing a Payment voucher and the OTHER REF num field is on Invoice but again for the say Payment Record, on the same NS Form User A see the value print (regardless of role) and no other users see it print in any role. The field in question is visible by all roles in question in the UI. — ANY ideas?
