Is there a way to view sublist changes on a record in System Information?

Technically sublist change data cannot be in the system notes of the parent record, it will be under sublist record's system notes. There might be a way to see the change track if you create a saved search and use join function to expose sublist record's system notes. Come to think of it it will be a double join therefore might not work in saved search - try to create Suiteanalytics workbook where you can do multi join.

Looks like theres a System Notes V2 Workbook where you can view sublist changes but it only supports a handful of record types. Heopfully more records will be supported for this feature.
