We have a Planned Work Order generated today with number -1. When we try to open it, we get the error notice "Permission Violation: The restrictions on your role deny you access to this record.". I thought it was a permissions issue, but it happens even when I am login as Admin. • Do any of you know any reasons why the Planned WO was generated as -1 ?

That sounds like something NS is going to have to delete out of the database for you.

It's been a week and Netsuite Support has not done anything. We have not even heard from them since last Friday 9/16. I got our Sales Rep involved yesterday to escalate this, and so far nothing. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
