09/14/2022, 2:59 PMHello Jen, This is to provide a summary of recent U2 Defect 687907 with Global Search: - Our Product team investigated this had source in one outdated module file remaining in our backend CDN cache. - Within Global Search feature this triggered problem within our 2022.2 newer UI feature/preference (Set Preferences > Analytics > Search > Page Search) that is enabled by default. Our Product team released a quick operation fix to mitigate the issue by refreshing our backend CDN cache, but the outdated file causing problems may have remained in local browser cache. From that moment users have several options: A/ Use browser in an incognito mode that by design pulls always the most recent website data B/ Purge local browser cache (this is a one-time operation as the browser pulls the correct file from our CDN), you can then also revert Page Search preference should you disabled because of this issue. Steps to properly purging the cache (website files) may differ in each browser, where some may have this under more advanced menus: - in Chrome make sure to include "Cached images and files" when following <https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050> - in Firefox include "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" <https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache> - in Edge "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" <https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/view-and-delete-browser-history-in-microsoft-edge-00cf7943-a9e1-975a-a33d-ac10ce454ca4> - in Safari Safari > Preferences, click Privacy (Remove stored cookies and data) <https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/safari/sfri11471/15.1/mac/12.0> C/ Await resolution without any action as NetSuite Product team is preparing a code change that will force browsers to pull the updated file into a local cache for all users. We recommend using option B as that is the fastest and permanent solution for this issue. Please let us know should you still see unexpected behavior of Global Search after option A or B. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation. Customer Support ORACLE | NETSUITE
