anyone gone from the shared tier to a higher level service tier? Tier 3,2,1? We’ve recently had a lot of outages and NS is pitching upgrading service tier as a potential remedy. Concern is that I’m not sure it’ll actually solve the issues. If you’ve used both please DM me
