Anyone have issues with Advanced PDF/HTML Freemarker templates for Item Fulfillments? For some reason,

salesorder.item

is now empty so no line items can be displayed on Packing Slip printouts. We have not touched this template in over a year.

@donaldtran we had the exact same problem some time ago. what I did was to customize the standard packing slip (the one you can't save without creating a new one) - added the old code into the new one and saved it. Then added it to the packing slip record. That did it. But no clue why I had to do it like that

This has been resolved by NetSuite. However I also manually resolved this by just using

record.item

in all my conditionals, especially within the

<th>

@donaldtran @Shannon @Tim Teasley The packing slip PDF issue from last month seems to be happening again. I think it just re-started today. Is anyone else having issues again?
