Honestly, I'm not ignorant to process and working in NS via the UI as a "user" but I tend to sell myself as a dev and very much not "functional", if you can describe the process and sanity check it from business / process perspective I can 99.99% likely customise the account to build what you need. Least that's always worked for me! 😊
