we are back but it started with the stickynotes tutorial poping up constantly

That's funny, we were getting that same thing just BEFORE everything went down. I went into the StickyNotes preferences, checked the "SUPPRESS TUTORIALS FOR ALL USERS" checkbox, hit save, and moments later everything crashed. I thought I caused it, lol.

In a panic, thinking it crashed just us, I unchecked that box and resaved. Everything seemed to come back. But the chronic StickyNotes Tutorial pop-up is still gone. :man-shrugging:

I do not think so, because I asked one of the users that had that issue to log out and they weren't able to log in

and I did not change that sticky notes setting

Yeah, and downdetector showed hundreds of folks reporting outage before. Just coincidental timing. But if you are getting the tutorial pop-up, try resaving your StickyNotes Preferences. Do a Global Search for page:StickyNotes Setup and it'll take you right to the page with the settings.
