Yes, healthcare is not treated like other products/services. Somehow healthcare is exempt from pleasing the customer. No money back guarantee. People don't seem to question healthcare bills nearly enough. To me, healthcare is a product/service like any other and customers should drive the market but it doesn't work that way.
