Yeah looks familiar, i get messages for Admin roles but looks similar, I saw few of the companies at SuietWorld and told them actually, you might need to switch up the message, they all use the same draft so it all looks the same.

Yeah some of them are pretty similar.
But i mean look at the first one: Engineer & Tools Architect - Salesforce Netsuite... WTF is this even?
And the whole "do my job for me and pass it along" is lazy
s
lol yeah
i think they put the unique name in the requirement so it doesn't get filtered out by some bot who knows
it's pretty high base salary though
c
That is the range right now for netsuite devs. Somewhere in there. They are pretty spot on money wise.

oh nice!! time to learn scripting i guess
c
Definitely should if you have the time. Compared to traditional software development, netsuite is super easy.

I will need to look into it for sure, we do have LCS so that should help with NS Scripting stuff too

n
@David B you said #C29AD7E6T tells you if you are underpaid. Above is the proof of that 😄

it’s not really a shock that I could make more elsewhere…. I already know that as was offered a different role at one point before I started doing NS stuff. I chose working for a company I really like over maxxing out my earning potential. No real regrets, I like my job and love my team.
ok some regrets when I look at real estate prices in Vancouver
s
well you are better off then California and Washington state
j
am I? AM I?
d
yeah jen, we're f**ked... median multiple (median property/median household income) is a good indicator (I'll only complain about housing prices to a Canadian in camaraderie)
The least affordable are Hong Kong (20.7), Vancouver (13.0), Sydney (11.8), Auckland (10.0), Toronto (9.9), Melbourne (9.7), San Jose (9.6), San Francisco (9.6), Honolulu (9.1), London (8.6) and San Diego (8.0)

But then again, ⛰️ 🗻 🌊
I do like it here

It's odd to me what happened in vancouver. Too fucking cold to justify housing balooning like that for me.
Like, I get it when its somewhere with nice weather that has that cause, you know. Old people with money moving there. but fuck that weather.
Curious where KC lands on that list. Gotta be pretty close to bottom
My favorite part of Kansas has a 4.2 though. That's criminal compared to the 2.7 in Overland Park. Haha.
Though - I'm guessing median income in Lawrence is pretty low relatively speaking compared to OP
