I'm all about being lazy/balancing spend with results... constantly talking clients out of having me do work that we can answer another easier way because it's just a better use of resources. In general, if I'm recommending you do something, there's a good reason for it! Phantom email sends/internal NS spam filters is not fun to track down and figure out!
