Is there a non-technical user alternative available to what used to be SuiteAnswers? "Help" is great, but isn't a fantastic end-user resource and lacks many of the articles responding to particular issues SuiteAnswers used to contain. New SuiteAnswers seems to either no longer work for simple queries (ie. "Create Inbound Shipment") or is missing a wealth of content. Curious if I'm missing where those types of searches should now be performed. (edited)

If you click on left side menu, it's more segregated, click on expertise or the area you want to read more on and you will see the suiteanswers you are looking for

@Suitestallion missed responding to* your response - thank you! however, learned there was a defect (now resolved) which applied only to TSTDRV accounts

Yeah I found out after I responded here that only live production was working fine, apologies
