Hello everyone , I am trying to craete a Saved Search on Project and Task Record for getting updated field name and value . I also want to get the record of updated Project and Task . What should be criteria I need to add for getting the result any idea ??

In project search you can put filter as system notes date on or after a specific date and Context type should be change. In result, you get get system notes old value, new value and system notes field. If you want to know the changes only in specific fields instead of all, you can add one more filter System Notes : Field Do the same for project task search.
