$8/mo is probably beyond my pain point on something like this. At that point you may as well post on Reddit or on the Professionals web page instead.

most likely NetSuite would charge all of US for having this slack community. NetSuite never pay, they like to get paid

Any possibility of restructuring as an educational Not for Profit? Slack offers first 250 members free and then 85% discount. Example of structure could be found at SDF.org an organization that exists to educate and give access to Unix community. I think a reasonable approach would be to find someone in Marketing at Slack and tell them our story of how this service (even at free level) enhances productivity of teams across the globe. Their collaboration software is changing how customers of NetSuite help themselves. It really is a cheesy success story how things get done because of users willingness to share.
