@scottvonduhn its not jetbrains that controls that, its netsuite. They need to modify the plugin.xml to allow it to work with other apps. https://github.com/Topher84/NetSuite-Tools-For-WebStorm/blob/master/resources/META-INF/plugin.xml I'd have to look at their plugin code, but its open source so you could pull that down, change the property in the plugin.xml and use it in whatever you want.
