For a while now, each time I log in Netsuite, it sent me a text with the Verification Code. I checked remind me, use the authenticator,etc... but I still have to enter the verification code. I'm helping a friend of mine, and it there environment I only have to do it every 30 days. Any idea what I can do to get around that ?

Usually if you login somewhere and then login at a different location it usually asks for verification when you switch to a new location after login even if you hit remember for 30 days. (not always the case, but i've found this occasionally on certain users). Do you login at multiple locations or just a single location? Perhaps your IP address changes and isn't static?

I'm working from home, never go anywhere. As I said, this problem happened with my employer. When I go on my friend's NEtsuite, I have to do it only every 30 days. Strange

The only think I can think of is perhaps the IP isn't static and changes? If that's not the case then I'm unsure
