Does NS allow internal IDs or external IDs to be used in CSV import for multi-select fields? I've tried it but it doesn't seem to work. The reason why we need this is for example a multi-select subsidiary field, it's so inconvenient to use the hierarchical names separated by a vertical bar.

I'm pretty sure you can do it, with just the internal ID separated by the vertical bar versus the name. You'd have to select Internal ID as the type you're sending using the little pencil.
