One of our Chrome users can never enter the answer their first security question as the entry box is missing. IE & Mozilla are ok. An suggestions to what Chrome setting it could be?

Check if an ad blocker is on. They mess up all sorts of parts in NetSuite.

For clearing Cache have user hit [Cntrl] [F5] (not just [F5]. I've been distributing this advice to several employees over the past few weeks and resolves issues like checkboxes turning into small dots, and menu/submenus disappearing.
