Hi, a workflow that triggers the creation of a credit memo when a return authorization goes to status pending refund. Possbile or scripting needed?

Should be able to do that in a workflow with a transform action.

But does that also do a create? Because the credit is not yet created

Definitely possible, we have such a workflow.
