I created a bundle in sandbox and made it public but i cant find it and install it in production? Are bundle migrations deprecated?

No, but you have to go to Advanced and choose Sandbox Account as the Location. And specify which Sandbox. You'll need an underscore in the Sandbox account ID field even though it's a dash in all the URLs. That's tripped me up before....
