When using the Manufacturing Routing, is it really not possible to override the fixed rate and run rate from the Item record in the Manufacturing Cost Template and Manufacturing Operation Tasks? So if the labor rate varies per item, I would have to create as many labor Item records to store different rates and use them in Manufacturing Cost Template and Manufacturing Operation Tasks?
