09/01/2022, 5:01 PMI have an assembly item (not special work order item) which has two components. One component is stocked and one requires a purchase order.
If I sell this in-stock assembly on a Sales Order... a work order is not created BUT NetSuite is generating a Purchase Order for its component.
This is standard NetSuite behavior?

In this scenario, I simply sell the assembly.... no work order is created (because its stocked and not a special work order item)... but netsuite still generates its component PO.

10/13/2022, 10:30 PMSorta not really. I did find out the reason. Since 2021.2 this scenario will generate a PO, although i find it ridiculously crazy if a work order is not created.
