Is there a way to map the tax code in integrtor.io when importing vendor invoices? I don't see the field as one of the available options.

I believe there should be, I've had mixed results however. Have you checked that the tax code column/field is visible on the preferred form in NetSuite? I find that Celigo won't show it as an option if it's not visible on the preferred form.
