In Search of Support to Diagnose Dashboard Portlet Issue party furby*:*
⢠We have one user that is experiencing an issue with one of the saved search portlets published on their roles dashboard.
⢠The issue is that when she sets the filter to her name, she sees an odd pop up box with A tag type of links for the sales order search results. {see screenshot}
⢠She is able to view all results appropriately if she expands the portlet to full screen
What I have tried:
1. Replicating her process using the same role -->> Was unable to replicate, it worked fine for me
2. No other user has reported this issue
3. Clearing cache from browser --> Same outcome
4. Switching browser --> Same outcome
5. Logging out and back in
6. Verifying her personal set preferences has sufficient # of rows in list segments and max entries in dropdowns
