In Search of Support to Diagnose Dashboard Portlet Issue party furby*:* • We have one user that is experiencing an issue with one of the saved search portlets published on their roles dashboard. • The issue is that when she sets the filter to her name, she sees an odd pop up box with A tag type of links for the sales order search results. {see screenshot} • She is able to view all results appropriately if she expands the portlet to full screen What I have tried: 1. Replicating her process using the same role -->> Was unable to replicate, it worked fine for me 2. No other user has reported this issue 3. Clearing cache from browser --> Same outcome 4. Switching browser --> Same outcome 5. Logging out and back in 6. Verifying her personal set preferences has sufficient # of rows in list segments and max entries in dropdowns Our license is unable to create support tickets for non-urgent matters, so I am hopeful you all can help come up with some ideas on how to further troubleshoot/diagnose and ultimately resolve šŸ™

What field is this filter using? Is it custom?
a
Yes it is a custom field
She gets the same error when she sets the ops contact name to herself. I am unable to replicate the problem on my end nor is anyone else experiencing it šŸ˜•

I suggest looking into the setup of both the field in question and the Ops Contact field, and look for a formula or a reference that may be incomplete based on the user by comparing the problem user to another user that is not experiencing issues.

@Patrick Olson It's a locked published dashboard that is restricted so she is unable to do that on her end šŸ˜• Thank you for thinking about it! All she can do is refresh which did not work. And I am unable to replicate her experience when I log in with the same role and navigate the dashboard portlet @Nick I will have a look at it from that angle, thank you for the suggestion
