Hey @Lucas I believe this is an issue with the payment Processing profile make sure it is set up tied to the website set up record and make sure there is at least 1 Payment method (VISA , MC, AMEX) set up

But, I have another issue, if you are aware of this please let me know. I am using SCA in SuiteTax and after placing an order it's giving me error "An internal error has occurred" any idea?

Maybe an issue with the Payment processing profile credentials or I would also suggest to look for any scripts or workflows attached to the sales order that execute in webstore context.
