Curious what people are using for shipping integrations with NetSuite? We need something that can do both Parcel and LTL. Would love you hear what you are using, your experience with it, and what issues you have run into with it. Thanks for the feedback!

Have you gotten a chance to look at ShipHawk?

We had PaceJet, which can handle both. PaceJet used it's own database for items though, which did not sync, so new items had to be manually entered/updated. Hazmat descriptions, Country of Origin and other maintenance issues and the high price made us go a different route. Using built in parcel UPS/FedEx/USPS integration and combination of 3rd Parties for LTL as our pallets and boxes are all various sizes and weights.

We use ShipRush, haven't used LTL though.

I am using ozlink but it has not been updated in a long time thinking about trying something new.

ShipStation works well for Parcel. For LTL, best to write an integration into the carriers. Likely you use one carrier so just write the integration to them.

Thanks for the feedback. I used OzLink at the last company I was with but that was 6+ years ago. @Pete Kastner any specific reason you are looking to try something else? We use multiple LTL carriers depending on the region we are shipping to and we are looking to minimize custom integrations wherever possible.

OzLink was purchased by Descartes a few years ago. They do work with LTL and parcel shipments. We found their parcel software a little clunky and just deal with NetSuite UPS/FedEx integration.
