Hello, does anyone have a 2022.2 release customer using RF smart and unable to use their barcode scanners to access RF/mobile page?
My customer was made aware of the deprecation of WMS Lite (2019.1 version and earlier) and likely missed the notification. Now that WMS Lite has been fully retired and they are upgraded to 2022.2, they are unable to use their scanners as of today. I opened a support TKT and the rep says : "we were given instructions from our higher ups (who where themselves given guidance by the Product Team) that the customer won't be able to upgrade the bundle themselves at this point. A defect needs to be filed."
Could you provide any advice and further guidance on this? Thank you!
