I am new to being a Netsuite Administrator and sort of got thrown into it after the current Admin left. She showed me alot of things but I am having to learn a lot on my own. QUESTION: When reviewing the Installed Bundles I am noticing the ! symbol by some of them on the Version column. What is standard practice as an Admin? Are other Admins reviewing this list periodically and then "updating" them as they are out there? Do you contact support to see what the updates are before doing that?

Hi JessN, well there is a lot of ground to cover. The exclamation mark signifies that there is an update available. If the bundle is "managed" and you are in a production account the bundle will be updated automatically by the vendor. But you probably see this in your Sandbox. In a Sandbox updates are not pushed at all. This is to make sure that it remains as true to the moment it was refreshed for testing purposes etc. If it is sandbox, don't worry too much about it. Any test team will indicate if they need an update or even Sandbox refresh.
Try to go for Foundation and Administrator certification asap. This really helps with ramping up! For help use the question mark help button on the top of your screen to get help documentation on your current page in NetSuite.
A different angle is SuiteKnowledge. Navigate to Support > SuiteKnowledge
On the topic of bundles this will be a good starting point: https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8082/kw/suitebundle
