It might actually related to an employee. Having them reset their password to see if that works.

I see this sometimes on updating employees when the browser thinks it’s helping by pre-populating a saved password. Check the ‘Access’ subtab on the system information tab of the customer and see if something is being pre-populated in the ‘Confirm Password’ field. Then click the Manually Assign or Change Password box to clear it, then try to save

I see this in Chrome where Chrome autofills one of the Password fields and Netsuite then says they don't match even though the fields are greyed out. I need to tick "Manually Assign", then clear both password boxes, then retick "Manually Assign...", Save

Note it was the employee, they needed to reset their password. Thank you.
