Hi everyone, I am just wondering how to you solve the problem where business is using Outlook as main email communication app and wanting to sync NetSuite Calendar to Outlook as well. Users are frustrated with having to look at 2 calendars and managing is getting out of hand. One additional problem is NetSuite doesnt have mobile app that is working properly to use CRM in the mobile, at least having Netsuite calendar in Outlook would help users navigating their daily stores visit. As a business do you just integrate to sync the calendar or look at holistic view where CRM software where both outlook and Netsuite CRM is available? I am looking for use cases how other business is handling on this issue. Thanks in advance.
