Is there any way to setup a search/audit/alert type action so I know when someone pulls a native netsuite report? ie if someone pulls an Income Statement I can see record of this? Or is this just for customized reports?

Not natively. You could check in to tools like Strongpoint to see if they'd offer that kind of functionality.
