Just got over from COVID - it was a bummer even with 3 vaccine dosages 😩

Yuck. Sorry to hear it. Glad you'll be free and clear at SW though! Can sympathize: All boosters and got it from visiting family. Got the paxlovid rebound so had it twice over 3 weeks for all purposes. Fortunately mild. Bonus: we get a couple extra months immunity to the current variant! So... hooray?

Did you get the symptoms?

I had symptoms, fever, red eye, weakness, body ache, cough and FOGGY Head. All over now, just realized yesterday that I cannot smell anything, but taste is OK (thank god)

after 3 dosages that's rough!

I just got over same, and was fully vaxxed

I am thinking about those who aren't vaccinated....

however the real symptoms only lasted a few days, though had a lingering cough and lack of energy up until today.

just imagine if we were unvaxxed???

I have heard secondary illness is common with covid. Bummed me out that I got it as I avoided it all the way up till now 😞

I have dodged the bullets quite few times, my kids had it last January but some how I didn't. This time my 16 yr old daughter got from a concert and gave it to rest of us.

You cannot avoid it.... It's everywhere now. And ever since the vaccine and reduced number of cases, people have become less and less worried about it.

Strangely I had a physical 2 days before I developed symptoms. The blood work showed I didn't have it but had good antibodies from the vax. So I credit the jab(s) with being fortunate with mild symptoms.

The foggy head and body aches were the really annoying symptoms I got with it about a month ago. Hopefully the newer variants get weaker.

I'm still intermittently struggling with brain fog after my latest bout of covid in May. I can't say I'm a fan
