Argh. OK so …. turns out if you have an account that uploads LOTS to box, eventually it just stops working entirely. Some sort of performance cost from being collaborator on many files. One of our users had to create a new account as his existing one became unusable. That was fun to debug.

Aren’t you using an integration account?
