Is it possible to add filters in standard income statment record , bcz when im trying to add filters it is creating another custom income statement record.

Typically, NetSuite doesn't allow you to modify any of the standard objects because then they're not standard any more. Attempts to modify standard objects will create new custom objects as you've noticed. This is the intended behavior.
